But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of the capacity when the body is healthy and strong."
I agree with what the quote says because if you are not healthy it will be a difficult life for you. Its good to be healthy in alot of ways. You wont get tired fast when you run or do some kind of sport activity. You wont end up with diabetes or other things. Its also good because you dont want to end up being over weight because it is difficult to lose the weight and you will stress out. Then if your healthy your mind is build up more stronger to the body because of all the healthy food your eating. But if you eat junk food your mind wont be concentrated enough.
