Student Success Statement

" I wasn't trying to leave a legacy. I was trying to do what was right.

I agree with this because its always right to do the right thing. Sometimes when it is hard or when you dont have to do anything bad. Just always do right. Like on our last student success statement if you do good good karma will take of its self. 

Karma will take care of itself

" Its's not about how to achieve your dreams. It's about how to lead your life. If you lead your life the RIGHT WAY, the karma ( destiny, fortune, good luck) will take care of itself. The dreams will come to you."

I agree with this bccause its all up to you. If you want to achieve your dream you has to choose the right. Not just once but every time. Not just when you feel like it but when its the right thing to do. Thats if you want to accomplish your dream. If you do choose the right you wont have to worry about the karma getting you you will be good and less worried about stuff.

Educating the body, mind, and character

What i think this quote means is that if we give those people who are less fortunate the courage or power that they need to become a better person we need to support them and be able to unite ourselves as one group. We can become the next great, memorable nation if we just take a step and look around ourselves an become a person that you never thought you were going to be and be a person who you wished to be to changed the peoples perspective and see them feel the ones left down because they aren't thew same as who you are.People think that there is no way you can change someones life well, you cant change a person the person has to agree and make a stand to do what is right for him and the rest of his generation. THE more good things that people see can change them or make them feel as if they also need to cooperate with what is going on in this society. sooner or later or body will be full of greatness as said by Theodore Roosevelt . we all need to open our eyes and see what other expect from you and also what you expect for yourself.

Body - Mind - Spirit

" Take responsibility for YOUR OWN body, mind, and spirit, for your own physical, mental, and spiritual well-being."

  

              I agree with this because you do have to take responsibility for your own body. Your mind about what to do and what not to do. Like if someone offers you a smoke you have to be responsible for your mind to say if you want to smoke yes or no.

 I believe this true because intelligence is not enough to get you to places. By that i mean that you could be smart and everything but if you have bad characteristics then you aint going to make it were you want to. Nobody is going to like you working or having you in there jobs. Thats why is better to have both and not just one cause with both you will be very succesful and very liked by many people and workers.

       We should start what we should do. Its common sence. By this is like saying we have to stop doing bad things in life cause there is always going to be a consequence. We should start doing good in life because it will repay you at the end. We should be brave enough to say no im not doing this and knowing its bad to do but picked the right decision. Instead of having your mouth shut and knowing its bad and still doing it anyways.

I disagree with this because i remember one day i told a lie about a video game that i stole in 5th grade and they said if i stole it and i said no. See its only leads to another lie because thats only if pressure your self and make a random lie. When i told that lie i didnt bring no one up or nothing. I just said no and they believed me. But if you bring up someone then there going to ask them and then they are going to say no and you are going to have to make up another lie to make them think something else and not thinking it was you.

The movie i watched was called The Martian. It is a pretty cool movie because a nasa worker is sent to mars with his other group members and they wanted to do some test but they could cause a sand storm came there way and when they were all gonna aboard the ship the antenna fell and hit the guy at the end and he was gone and a group member tried to look for him and the group member in the ship was telling the girl to hurry because the ship was gonna be blown away by the storm so the captain aboarded the ship and they left and the next day he woke up and knew he was stranded on mars and he had to survive there for 1 year and 125 days cause thats how long it took the people to save him.
